Invited to redesign Edwards Professional Education website, we started looking into what really matters for their users. After one day immersion with a heart valve therapy surgeon and a design thinking workshop, we understood his priorities and built a 36 months transformation strategy which is now being perceived as a best in class approach within Edwards Lifesciences.
Dubai Municipality mandated
Etisalat for the digitisation of MBR library's user journey. To make the experience innovative the Project Management team has leveraged Design Thinking to create more than 100 service ideas.
During the initial phase of the project, as the Design & Innovation SME, we helped Etisalat PM team to monitor the process and ensure efficiency while anticipating usual pitfalls.
After P&G and TEVA created PGT healthcare JV, they decided to put the new culture at the heart of the workplace. The four pillars of the new company culture helped to create
a design theme which was then articulated into the organisation of the entire floor.
A Design Thinking Workshop helped to leverage all disciplines and bring to life this new culture.
